Known to us as "Les Lavandes", this lovely and fascinating property is a genuine rural 18th century 'Maison de Maitre' set into 5,000 sq. mtrs., and is available to rent.

The house is situated in a tiny hamlet close to the village of Savigny en Revermont (Department 71, almost into 39) which has several small shops. In the centre is a square, where you'll often see boules (petanque) being played by the locals.
In a wider context, the house lies half way between Lons le Saunier, cosmopolitan capital of the Jura. In the opposite direction lies the market town of Louhans.

One bedroom is in the older part of the house and is very private.
