Cost of Painting Holidays 2011
Painting Holiday accommodation for 6 nights . . . .
Single occupancy (artist) in a double room with private bathroom £1200
Double occupancy (2 artists) in a double room with private bathroom £950
Double occupancy (artist and non-artist partner) shared use of double room £700
What is included in the cost:
Transport to and from painting locations is provided - to a maximum of 4 persons in my one car although if you wish, you may choose to be escorted in convoy to sites using your own car.
A choice of accommodation at Les Lavandes.
Breakfast and picnic lunches are provided whether working at the house or on location. Tea, coffee and soft drinks at Les Lavandes are free.
What is not included in the cost:
Travel costs to France and "Les Lavandes".
Evening meals are not included - you are welcome to use the kitchen facilities to
self-cater, or use your car to drive to a restaurant of your choice. Meals out will be at your expense.
The cost of visits to museums or any attraction etc.
Guests must take out their own travel insurance.

A non refundable £300 deposit is required for each person to secure a painting holiday booking. Full payment must be received 8 weeks before the start of the holiday if booking in advance.
Payment accepted as:
Sterling Cheque - A charge of £15 will be added.
Moneybookers or PayPal (please add on 4% of total cost).
Most credit cards are accepted by PayPal.
Note:- your holiday is not secured until payment is received and cleared.

If you need to cancel your holiday I need to know in writing, please, with a confirmatory e-mail sent to me at least 8 weeks in advance of your holiday if at all possible, or the full amount will be charged.
For this reason, I recommend you take out holiday insurance to cover any unexpected cancellation.
If, for some reason I have to cancel, a FULL refund will be given. I will not be able to bear liability if this occurs.
I can hold no responsibility for personal injuries, accident, loss and/or damage to personal property whilst you are with me and strongly advise all guests take out holiday insurance.
Please note, "Les Lavandes" is a NON SMOKING home. Guests may smoke outside the house.
Sorry, no pets can be accommodated.
Bed and Breakfast at "Les Lavandes"
"Les Lavandes" also offers Bed and Breakfast. Minimum stay is three nights.

Evening meals are not provided under B&B bookings.
Bed and Breakfast guests staying (3 night minimum stay) are asked to pay 50% of cost upon arrival.
Guests booking for more than 3 days are asked to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit.
